1. Shipping Areas

I currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed from outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

2. Processing Times

Jewellery:

Each jewellery piece is carefully prepared and packaged by me.
As every order is individually made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch.
Many orders are ready sooner, and I always aim to dispatch them as quickly as possible.

Astrophotography Prints (fulfilled by Prodigi):

Prints are produced and dispatched by my professional print partner, Prodigi.
Dispatch and delivery times are determined by Prodigi and may vary depending on the product and delivery method selected.
If you order prints alongside jewellery, items may arrive separately.

3. Delivery & Tracking

Once an item has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of my direct control.
You should contact me if there are any issues with delivery; I will handle any liaison with the courier.
For prints, I will also coordinate with Prodigi if there are any problems with your order.
Some couriers may provide tracking information, which is usually sent to the email address provided at checkout. Providing a phone number may also help with courier delivery updates.
I will do my best to ensure you can track your order and will provide guidance if any issues arise during transit.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible with photos.
For jewellery, I will provide a replacement or refund.
For prints, I will liaise with Prodigi to determine the best solution — they may ask you to keep the item or return it to their facility. I will then arrange a replacement or refund based on their guidance.
